The enemy's tactics are clear: he seeks to distort our perception, encouraging us to seek approval from those around us rather than turning inward to the truth of who we are in the eyes of our creator. It is vital to shift this focus, thereby breaking free from insecurities that hold us captive. This requires a deliberate decision to spend time in God’s presence, immersing ourselves in His Word and love. By cultivating a stronger relationship with our creator, we begin uprooting the seeds of insecurity that have been planted at our core, realizing that, in truth, we are fearfully and wonderfully made, uniquely crafted with purpose and value.

Religious trauma can leave lasting scars, often perpetuating feelings of unworthiness. However, it is crucial to remember that redemption comes from God alone. No judgment we face from others can eclipse the grace that He freely offers.
